All for the Love of Sunshine.

Goodness! There is a lot of rain here. Sure, this is my sixth fall living in Abbotsford, but every year I forget just how much rain we get. And its not gonna stop here... no no... its gonna be DAYS of rain. And as far as my title goes "All for the love of sunshine", it is the title of a song that has been in my head for the past few days becuse it keeps raining.... Steve Holy sings it. He is also the guy that sings "Brand New Girlfriend" ... dang that is a funny song.

So today was a gong show and a half! Early (and reluctant) to rise, then took the long drive to my sister's school, and then to my school. My class was interesting. I love John McRae in the mornings because he is so animated! But it ended up being like a half hour class, then I had to go home and do nothing till noon! But that nothing turned into something quickly. You see I had to go to Superstore to buy Oil and paper, then I went home and took a shower (yea, i decided to shower BEFORE I changed the oil in my car). Then I retyped my resume, applied for a job and all the while found out that my noon o'clock class was cancelled. So I drove to CBC to drop of my paper, and then picked up the fuel filter from super store that I had forgotten the first time! lol . And Went home.

Once at home, I got many phone calls that detailed my afternoon. First was hooking up my new dinosaur cell phone. My step-dad gave me his old one, and it doesnt even have text messeging! Its like the kind that you have to press 1-2-3 before you can type in anything because the key pad has to be locked or it will call random people in your pocket. After Telus jipped me $25 for the hook up, I drove to Valley Catering, where I got hired on as staff! WOOHOO.. I am now employed. Then straight to my next class I went.

Now, Contemporary Religious Movements is the class that I had next - it is a dang good one too. And the funny thing about it is that it is one of the only class that really challenges me! Challenging in the way of thought rather than acedemicly. We watched part of this video called "What the Bleep do I know?" ... and it was all about quantum physics becoming some sort of cult where people want to become their own God's. Well really, they said that they could mentally plan out each day of their lives the way they wanted it - and it would work that way every day. Hmm.. I would reccomend it to any one that knows Quantum Physics termenology.

After class, I went home and Finally got a chance to change the oil in my car. That was a challenge, I burnt my arms a few times cuz my car was still a tad bit warm while I was doing it. But things should be a go for tomorrows long drive to Green Lake! Woohoo! Tomorrow I am going up to stay at Heather's Family's cabin in Green Lake. I have never been there before, so it should be dang sweet.

So now that you know how my day went, I hope you are satisfied. I am not gonna post prob till Monday cuz I have to work Sunday and I am camping all weekend! Have a good one, and keep it real!
